After 14 years of operation, we’ve ironed out the bugs, and our streamlined induction makes everything easy. As part of your franchise, you’ll be trained in our fully integrated software program which will assist you in everything from advertising through to your daily tasks.
We’re also there to assist you recruiting staff and team members, and provide you with the support of professional trainers to make training them better (and easier).

WHAT SORT OF INVESTMENT IS REQUIRED TO OWN YOUR OWN BUBBA PIZZA FRANCHISE?
The total investment for a Bubba Pizza franchise varies depending on the prospective store’s situation: the size of the premises, the equipment and the general extent of the fit out.

WHAT ARE THE ONGOING ROYALTY FEES?
Unlike most Franchises, Bubba’s royalty fees are a flat rate negotiated in your agreement. Most franchise organisations charge around 8% of your gross sales, meaning the more successful your store is the more you have to pay. Whereas, at Bubba, our flat royalty fee policy means that the more you sell, the more you make.
IS THERE A MARKETING OR ADVERTISING FUND?
Yes, a marketing fund exists for sales promotions, brand building activity and a range of tactical and strategic marketing activities. Bubba’s marketing fund contribution is a flat rate across all stores and isn’t based on gross sales.
IS THERE ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO BECOME A BUBBA FRANCHISEE?
Although prior experience in the fast food industry can be handy, it certainly isn’t a prerequisite. Some of our most successful franchisees were fresh to the industry when they joined the Bubba family. To us, passion and enthusiasm are the most important ingredients.
ARE FRANCHISEES REQUIRED TO BE ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE OPERATION OF THE FRANCHISED STORE?
Yes, Bubba Pizza expects all franchisees to have hands-on involvement in store operations. It’s vital to our brand and company culture, and, ultimately, to our customers, that our owners live and breathe Bubba.
DOES BUBBA PIZZA OFFER FINANCING TO FRANCHISEES?
Bubba does not offer financing however we have close relations with brokers who can assist in these matters.
WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE INITIAL TRAINING?
New franchisees will undergo a training program with one of our highly experienced pizza store operators in a working Bubba store four weeks. Then, once your store is up and running, we’ll be on-site with you for the first few weeks to ensure everything is running smoothly.
