As summer approaches the smell of sunscreen starts to fill the air. Everyone starts spending more time outside, laying at the beach, relaxing in your own back garden and meeting up with friends and family at your favourite local pizza place.

When I hear avocado I think of summer, the healthy fruit (yes, it’s a fruit!) that is easy to mash up and put on toast.
The Chicken Avocado is made up of roasted chicken breast, baby spinach, Spanish onion, pineapple, cherry tomatoes, all topped off with, yes you guessed it, creamy avo. This pizza is definitely one to share with friends and family!
2. Garlic Prawn
Seafood makes me think of the beach; this is why the Garlic Prawn pizza is my list. If you want indulgence, then this one’s for you. The tiger prawns are marinated and topped with roasted capsicum, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, garlic, of course, herbs and zesty lemon. This pizza screams summertime, sitting out in the sun, having a cold one and sharing a few slices.

3. Tropical
The Tropical pizza will always be one of those traditional pizzas that everyone gravitates towards. With its simplistic toppings, this pizza will make even the pickiest of eaters smile. Pineapple and ham, the age-old classic, and definitely a summery delight.
4. Superveg
Don’t think that I’ve forgotten all you vegetarians out there. The Superveg pizza is jam-packed with nutritious veggies; I can tell you that no animals were harmed in the making of this delicious pizza. With eggplant grilled to perfection, zucchini, kalamata olives, roasted capsicum, Spanish onion, feta cheese, all topped with creamy pesto mayonnaise. So don’t feel left out when everyone is going out for a bite, there is something for everyone!
5. Tandoori Chicken
Who doesn’t enjoy a culmination of cultures on a plate? I know I do. The Tandoori Chicken pizza is as good as it sounds. The tandoori gives it a slight edge and is a summer favourite anyone who enjoys something different will love. With marinated tandoori chicken breast, Spanish onions, capsicum, and cherry tomatoes topped with greek yoghurt, this will be a hit amongst your loved ones.
