Extending on from the Coles Myer Group, Roger has spent time with Lendlease, managing various shopping centre properties within the portfolio of the Lendlease group. This role enabled Roger to work directly with retail stores (Lessees) within each of these centres to assist them in better performance to meet their desired sales targets and budgets.

Roger consulted to the Director of Sydney City Council to restructure council business to be ready for the 2000 Olympic Games. This role was both dynamic and challenging and allowed Roger's skills in strategy, communications and time management to flourish.

Over the past 3 years, Roger has devoted much of his time developing and modelling the Bubba Pizza, Pasta & More business and holds a lucrative role within the business.

Bruce us the Business Development Manager of Bubba's Pizza, responsible for growing the franchise network throughout Australia for Bubba Pizza & More!!

Bruce has been with the company since June 2005. Bruce's background is from 30 years experience in the retail sector for Coles and Bi-Lo Supremarkets experience gained through store management, traning, National Manager for Delicatessen Bakery & Fresh Meat Departments, setting strategic direction for the fresh foods departments.

Joshua Hopper - Field Training Officer

Joshua is Roger Hopper's eldest son and joined Bubba Pizza, Pasta & More!! as a casual whilst he completed his education.

He has successfully mamaged two Bubba stores and now assists franchisees as required with training of staff. Joshua will provide the initial intensive training program in one of our existing stores and will assist with the set up and training of the new store. From that point onwards he is available, upon request, to assist franchisees with in-store training. Joshua is currently completing his chef's apprenticeship and is responsible for developing the Bubba, Pizza Pasta & more!! menu.
