As the company director, Roger has spent over 30 years in senior management roles with the Coles Myer group working with both the Coles and Bilo supermarket divisions.
Extending on from the Coles Myer Group, Roger has spent time with Lendlease, managing various shopping centre properties within the portfolio of the Lendlease group. This role enabled Roger to work directly with retail stores(Lessees)within each of these centres to assist them in better performance to meet their desired sales targets and budgets.
Roger consulted to the Director of Sydney City Council to restructure council business to be ready for the 2000 Olympic Games. This role was both dynamic and challenging and allowed Roger's skills in strategy, communications and time management to flourish.
Over the past 3 years, Roger has devoted much of his time developing and modelling the Bubba Pizza, Pasta & More business and holds a lucrative role within the business.
